Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Aqua Tops for your custom aquarium lid. Each lid is carefully handcrafted to fit your specifications, and we take extra care to ensure it arrives safely.

 

Processing & Production Times

  • All lids are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for production before shipping.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if your order is delayed.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times (after production):

    • Standard Shipping: 5 business days

  • Large lids may ship separately or require special handling.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping demand.

 

Packaging & Handling

  • Because aquarium lids are fragile, we carefully pack each order using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

  • Larger lids may be shipped in reinforced packaging or via freight carriers, depending on size.

 

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to UK mainland ONLY.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your lid has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit.

  • If your lid arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@aquatops.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a claim.
