Refund & Returns Policy

At Aqua Tops, each aquarium lid is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect measurements or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • All custom aquarium lids are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Sales@aquatops.co.uk

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacements will be for the same product specifications originally ordered.

 

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake in production (wrong size, cut, or material):

  • We will replace the item at no additional charge.

  • Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

 

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications when placing an order.

  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
