It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing an order.
Colors, finishes, and materials may appear slightly different on screen than in person.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
We accept credit cards, Debit Cards, Klarna and Clear Pay
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Because lids are custom-made, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or offer replacements if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications.
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Our lids are designed for aquarium use only. Improper installation, misuse, or modifications may void any warranty.
We are not liable for damage to aquariums, livestock, or equipment caused by incorrect use of our products.
